  • 1. Please send your email to customercare@cgcgenetics.com and representing institution*

    2. Our team creates your account

    3. You will receive a confirmation email with instructions to create your own password

    4. After these steps, your registration is complete 

     

    * If this is the first time working with us, please complete our "New Client Form" in order to register both you and your institution.

• What are the advantages of having a Client Portal (my CGC)?

    Access safely and anywhere to:

    • Check reception of the sample

    • Check test status

    • Check and download test reports

    • Check report history

    • Receive automatic notifications on your email address every time a new report is available

     

    Client Portal my CGC  is frequently updated, with new features being added soon to simplify your day-to-day life.

• What are the sample requirements?

  • Type or amount of sample depends on the requested analysis. You should confirm specific requirements for each analysis in the online test catalog.

    If it is not possible to collect the minimum sample volume for a specific test, please contact us.

• Where can I find the order forms?

  • Please find the order forms in our Test Requisitions portfolio.
