Prize Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year

The Jury of the Prize Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, chaired by Dr. Basilio Horta, awarded the distinction of "Emerging Entrepreneur" to Purificacao Tavares, CEO and Clinical Director of the CGC Genetics.
Second statement explains the organization of the event, the Prize Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year is intended to recognize and reward the good examples of national entrepreneurship, offering entrepreneurs the opportunity to participate in a program of great national and international projection.

The Jury of the Prize Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year 2009 is composed of Basilio Horta, AICEP President ; Fatima Barros, Faculty Economics and Business Director from the Catholic University of Portugal, Fernando Faria de Oliveira, Chairman of the administration of Caixa Geral de Depósitos, Jorge Martinez, Executive Chairman of the Martifer group and winner of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year 2007 Portugal, Luís Filipe Costa, president of the Institute of Support to Small and Medium Enterprises and Innovation; Miguel Athayde Marques, president and CEO Stock Exchange Portugal - Euronext Lisbon SA and Member of Management Committee of NYSE Euronext, Vasco de Mello, president of the José de Mello Group and president and CEO at Brisa Free-Ways of Portugal.
